Yes, all our pet food complies with AAFCO standards.
The Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) is a private, nonprofit, voluntary membership association.
The AAFCO statement found on pet food packaging explains whether the food contains essential nutrients, how that was determined, and for which life stage the food is appropriate for. It basically lets you know that the food is “complete and balanced” for a particular life stage.
Yes, all our recipes are supervised by a nutritionist
Yes, our ingredients are carefully calculated to meet your daily pet’s needs
Yes, raw food is suitable for all life stages.
We recommend to start feeding raw food from the time your pet starts to eat.
We don’t recommend it, as it’s against the purpose of feeding a fresh raw diet.
Defrost 12-24 hours in the fridge before serving, DO NOT heat, DO NOT re-freeze after defrosting in the fridge.
The food arrives frozen and ready to serve.
Cats and Dogs are carnivore species that should be fed raw food, they have short, simple digestive tracts and high levels of hydrochloric acid in their stomach. They are anatomically designed to derive their nutrients from raw animal protein, fat and bone.
Raw food is rich in essential nutrients and enzymes, so cooking the food or exposing it to any process will make it harder to get the nutrients they need. With raw you’re feeding food in its most digestible state.
Chronical diseases, dental diseases, inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), urinary tract disorder, diabetes, kidney and liver diseases have direct relation to their diet.
Many pets enjoy a complete reversal of symptoms when they stop eating commercial food and fed raw food instead.
Now, why not feeding raw food ?
Remember if your pet was used to commercial dry or canned food, the raw food will look, smell, taste different to what they were used to know as food. Commercial dry food is sprayed with oil and flavors to make it acceptable to them and make them addicted to it.
Here are some tips:
A- Try mixing their old food with new raw food and increase the portion gradually.
B- Try to add some healthy treat over the raw food until they get used to it.
C- Your pet may sniff of lick the food and goes away, leave the food for maximum 2 minutes, then put it away for the next meal and REMEMBER do not feed them any treat or food in between.
SURE, remember that they are having their needs of water from the food itself, as our raw food is minimum 70% moisture and low in sodium.
While we always recommend feeding 100% raw to see the full benefits of a raw diet, we understand that this isn’t for everyone, so yes, we support the idea that some fresh raw is better than nothing.
Yes, our raw food is suitable for all cases as it was experienced on some medical cases such as: fungus, allergies, ringworms, alopecia areata, kidney and liver diseases and all were cured without any medical treatments.
